OOTD // Style Remix-Blushing Winter Wear

There’s a blizzard hitting New England today so we unfortunately are unable to start packing away our winter wear just yet. I’m getting to the point where I am literally staring at my closet and feel like I have nothing to wear because it feels like I have worn the same things a MILLION times. That’s why I love doing a style remix (as challenging as it can be sometimes) because real women have to go into their closets every day and try to find new outfits to put together.

I wore this blouse a few weeks ago and I wore it with a similar color pallet. Regardless of this, I feel as though what I paired with it this time definitely makes it feel fresh and new. I wanted to have the colors in this outfit flow from piece to piece, that’s why there is more than one coordinating item in this look per color.

I struggle to wear these grey OTK boots because as much as I love them, I find them a bit dressier than I had anticipated due to the velvet material compared to if they were suede. To my delight,  wearing them over my grey skinny jeans toned down the dressy feel. Plus I love light pink and grey together, so I knew this was a no brainer.

And if there was one trend I loved this winter, it was pom pom beanies. I think I have 4 different colors and I’m sure that next winter I will get even more. But until then, I don’t have to put them away just yet.

Stay warm everyone!
