OOTD // Blush Tones

I sometimes go through phases when it comes to clothing. Whether it’s a color, a pattern, a style…once I know I like something, I want as much of it as I can possibly get. Right now I’m really into blush pinks (maybe it has something to do with Valentine’s Day…or perhaps it makes me feel springy in the midst of winter.) I love the dusty neutral hue that feels pretty without giving off a Barbie girl vibe.

I bought this handbag last year and when I saw it online I fell in love. I even had to hunt it down with help of an online sales rep to get ahold of it and since then, it has always been one of my favorite bags to date (Sorry that it’s a little crunched in some of these pics…I’m so mad I didn’t see it while I was shooting!) That’s why when I found this super cute cold shoulder sweater in basically the same color I knew I had to grab it (plus it was on sale for like $15 at TJ Maxx.)

Besides the color and my favorite shoulder detail, I love the asymmetrical cut of the hem. Having it longer on the sides and shorter in the middle really flatters my shape and since the middle is higher it doesn’t cut off my legs in an awkward place like some longer sweaters can. Plus grey and blush are probably the best color combo ever!

These black over the knee fringe boots make any outfit look super cool and adds nice movement to your look. They are from ShoeDazzle and if you sign up for their VIP program you get $20 off!
