OOTD // Happy Girls

A lot of people have been asking me when I was going to incorporate Scarlett into the blog. Some have even suggested I start a baby style blog! (If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you’ll see why!) I have been waiting for her to get a little bit bigger because  even though she still can’t sit up on her own, at least her temperament is more consistent. For all you moms out there, some of you may know what it’s like in the beginning when a baby is extra fussy or colic-y. Thankfully that isn’t the case anymore (with the exception of bedtime, of course.)

Since Thanksgiving is days away, I thought I would dress Scarlett in her new “Happy” onesie and jeans combo. I loved the fall colors on her onesie, especially the burgundy! That’s why I matched my cardigan to her little outfit in this super casual weekend look. Nothing says mommy and me like coordinating outfits, right? (I have yet to purchase matching outfits…but I’m sure it will happen soon!)

This was Scarlett’s first time playing in the leaves, and let me tell you…she loved it! I knew she would because she has been especially fascinated by things that make crinkly noises like paper and plastic wrappers lately. The only problem is that she puts EVERYTHING in her mouth. Seriously, if she can grab it she will put it in her mouth…(my cell phone, my husband’s glasses, her own socks, etc…) So I had to be on top of her a bit because I did not want her to eat the leaves or grass!! Yuck!
